Yes. Included flights always have checked baggage. Typically, economy tickets include 1 carry-on (up to 8 kg) and 1 checked bag (up to 15 kg). Check the "Included" section of your package for details.

All our programs include 4-star hotels with: private bathroom, breakfast, reception, cleaning service, minimum 3.5/5 rating, renovated within the last 7 years, TV and WiFi, towels and toiletries, heating and AC, wake-up service, and luggage storage.

Hotels are selected based on quality standards for each category.

Government taxes charged directly by the accommodation at check-in. These are mandatory and depend on nights stayed and hotel category.

South America has diverse climates. Andes (Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina): best Apr–Oct (dry season). Amazon (Brazil, Peru, Colombia): best Jun–Nov (less rain). Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay): Summer Dec–Mar for Patagonia/beaches; Winter Jun–Aug for skiing. Caribbean/Northeast Brazil: Dec–Mar (beach season). Deserts/High Plains: year-round (cold nights Jun–Aug).

Tours normally operate in rain. Only extreme conditions (storms, floods, etc.) may cause cancellations, with alternatives or refunds offered.

Airports: up to 90 minutes. Ports/train stations: up to 45 minutes. Check your itinerary's "Included" section for assistance details. For longer delays, call the emergency number on your voucher.

Requirements depend on your nationality and destinations. Many South American countries allow visa-free entry for stays under 90 days. Check with the relevant embassies — travelers are responsible for compliance.

Yes, up to 48h before the departure date.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and take effect within 24 hours of receipt. Cancellation fees for standard programs: 31+ days before departure — no charge (admin fees may apply); 30–15 days before — 35% of total; 14–8 days before — 50% of total; 7–0 days / no-show — 100% of total. Transport tickets (flights, trains, etc.) are non-refundable and no modifications are allowed. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Our online booking system has 3 steps: enter main contact details, add passenger information, and select a payment method. Payments can be made with Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards, or by bank transfer. All transactions use high security standards.
